Provide high-quality and personalized beauty services to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents to receive beauty services, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques, and implement them in services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, understanding their unique needs and building trust and rapport.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure all services are in line with residents' medical and personal care plans.
Educate and advise residents on beauty and grooming practices to promote self-confidence and well-being.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively listen to and address any concerns or requests from residents.
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and upselling beauty services to residents.
Attend trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry developments.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including maintaining resident confidentiality.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving beauty services and resident satisfaction.
Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for beauty products and supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized records of services provided and resident preferences for future visits.
Act as a positive representative of the company, promoting a professional and caring image at all times.
