Responsible for identifying, hunting and farming key accounts for logistics marketplace. KAE will own customer relationships for the cluster (s)he is assigned. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics sales processes and existing customer relationships in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
PTL Customer Acquisition
Identify key accounts customers as per definition
Acquire key accounts through a healthy pipeline management.
PTL Revenue and Market Development
Ensure revenue targets are met. Manage a healthy book of accounts
Maintain good relationships with key accounts. Develop a close working relationship with key accounts
Ensure high levels of customer ownership and maintain NPS.
FTL Supply and Demand
Develop and manage FTL marketplace for demand generation
Identify key local suppliers, brokers and fleet owners. Negotiate prices, onboard and manage operational efficiency.
Receivables Management
Ensure customers and profiled and whetted before credit extension Manage customer receivables.
Ensure collection discipline and timely recovery of all dues.
LSP Operations Support
Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders like LSPs, LSP branches, LSP employees at a local level to ensure consistent and high service-levels.
Work closely with Delivery team to manage LSP relations locally and provide insights on service gaps and competitor activities to the delivery team from time to time
