Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive & Executive Support Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telecalling, client relationship management, administrative coordination, and providing day-to-day assistance to the Vice President. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Telecalling

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
Contact potential clients and introduce company products/services.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team and Vice President.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build relationships and drive business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, lead status reports, and business development updates.
Support proposal submissions, quotations, and client documentation.
Manage the Vice President's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate office administration and daily operational activities.
Maintain records, files, contracts, and important business documents.
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, business development, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
