Hiring: Business Development Associate Sales | Work From Home

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Associate (BDA). If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the EdTech industry.

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective parents and students through calls.

• Explain Bhanzu's programs and address customer queries.

• Conduct video counselling/demo sessions for interested parents and students.

• Build strong customer relationships and guide prospects through the enrollment process.

• Follow up with leads and referrals to drive conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a Graduate.

• Must not be pursuing any degree/course currently.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Comfortable with calling and conducting video demo sessions.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Must have a personal laptop.

• Stable Wi-Fi/internet connection is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
