This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the waste management industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new clients and projects within the waste management sector.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new service offerings or market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored waste management solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, PR) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and expand our professional network.
• Track and analyze marketing and sales performance data, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, sustainable practices, and technological advancements in waste management to inform strategy.
• Achieve and exceed defined business development and marketing targets and KPIs.
