Responsibilities
You will be able to learn our process and carry it out independently within a few days, with ongoing support during your initial work orders
Complete the LiquidLiner training program and obtain your certificate of completion (online/on-the-field)
Follow company processes and procedures to deliver industry-leading refinishing results, including job-site preparation, surface preparation, and refinishing services
Leave the job site in immaculate condition upon completion of services, free of dust, paint droplets, trash, footprints, or other job-site debris
Take responsibility for the tools provided and conduct equipment check-ins as necessary
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Demonstrate dependability and coachability
Wear company-issued uniforms at all times (t-shirts and hoodies provided) with an allowance to help you purchase required clothing (khaki work pants, comfortable and supportive shoes, etc.)
Utilize a mobile phone to download our app for managing your weekly schedule, clocking in and out, leaving required notes about services conducted, providing photos, and meeting other necessary requirements
Follow company-issued handbook policies at all times
Abide by the company and client's tobacco-free policy on-site or while operating company equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete the LiquidLiner training program and obtain your certificate of completion (online/on-the-field)
• Follow company processes and procedures to deliver industry-leading refinishing results, including job-site preparation, surface preparation, and refinishing services
