Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Recommend menu items, specials, and upsell products when appropriate.
Verify customer age and comply with ******* service regulations.
Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
Restock supplies, glassware, and inventory as needed.
Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bartending certification (if required by local regulations).
Experience with restaurant POS systems.
1+ year of experience required in Restaurant or Cafe
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and food pairings.
