Full-Time Max-Term Role: Chevron – Barrow Island, WA
Roster: 3:1 FIFO roster working 12-hour days
Duration: 2–3 months with potential for extension
Flights: FIFO from Perth Airport

The Opportunity
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has an opportunity for a Carpenter to join the team on Barrow Island supporting Chevron . In this role, you will carry out carpentry repairs and improvements across accommodation camp rooms and site facilities. You will support maintenance activities to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained. A typical day will involve attending pre-starts, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor for daily task allocation, and completing assigned works safely and efficiently.
About You
Site Proficient: Hold a recognised Trade Certificate III – Carpentry and Joinery
Team Oriented: Ability to work independently and follow work instructions. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Site Qualifications: Full working rights in Australia, Driver’s Licence, Construction White Card (mandatory)
