Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is organized and displayed attractively.
Assist in supervising junior staff members during busy periods to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred.
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Ability to perform basic retail math for accurate transaction processing.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
Willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store for effective upselling.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
