Barber Opportunity- Revenue Sharing (6 Days/Week)

Tress L’ounge Etobicoke Compensation (Flexible Structure; Negotiable):

Option 1: Monthly Retainer + Commission

Fixed monthly retainer (based on experience and schedule commitment)
Plus commission on services and retail sales
Option 2: Commission-Only (High Earning Potential)

30% – 70% revenue sharing, based on experience, performance, and clientele

Responsibilities

Cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services
Men’s grooming, including fades, beard trims, and shaves (for barbers)
Conducting client consultations and providing professional recommendations
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Supporting retail product sales
Staying current with industry trends, techniques, and products
Who We’re Looking For:

barber (floor experience preferred)
Preferred candidates: 3+ years of experience with strong client retention and a proven portfolio
Ability to mentor junior team members is considered an asset
