Responsibilities
Assemble barbecue grills, wheelbarrows, and related outdoor equipment using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly processes
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and mechanical gauges to verify component specifications
Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to maintain product standards and safety compliance
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts as needed for material handling and inventory management
Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols in manufacturing or warehouse settings
Provide excellent customer service by addressing product questions or concerns during the assembly process
Skills
Mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly, fabrication, welding, machining, soldering, and blueprint reading
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and warehouse operations including forklift operation
Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication standards
Experience with warehouse logistics or inventory management is a plus
Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and work collaboratively within a team
