Best Western Ship Hotel, Weybridge is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic Team. The hotel is located in the heart of Weybridge on the High Street with 76 bedrooms, bar, restaurant and function facilities .
Key Responsibilities:
· Follow departmental standards and procedures.
· Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
· Deputise in the absence of F&B Manager
- Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with SOP and Hotel Brand
- Greeting and seating guests
- Explaining and up-selling daily beverage specials
- Processing food orders accurately
- Ensuring working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly
- Ensuring the bar is clean
Serving alcohol
Positive attitude
Setting up rooms for events and meetings
