Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding guest services by providing prompt and friendly service at the bar.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Assist in meal preparation when necessary, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate the POS system efficiently for order taking and payment processing.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible ******* service practices.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu or beverages.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Familiarity with food service operations, including meal preparation techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and cashiering procedures is essential.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment, demonstrating attention to detail in all tasks.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
