Role Description
The Banquet Sales Manager is responsible for managing banquet operations and sales. This full-time role is located on-site at PASHUPATI NATH RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED in Delhi, India. The Banquet Sales Manager ensures the smooth operation of events and sales processes. The Manager interacts with clients to book and plan events, and is responsible for managing the event from planning to execution.
Qualifications
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Sales Management and Catering Sales
• Knowledge of Event Planning and sales processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
