Job Description
Banquet Sales Executive
•Marketing and selling conference and banqueting facilities.
•Scheduling reservations.
•Providing a standard venue tour.
•Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads.
•Ensuring enquiries become confirmed business.
•Upselling where possible.
•Producing written quotations and confirmation.
•Checking guest satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business.
•Handle, respond and follow up on inquiries for meetings/events.
•Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders.
•Finalize and detail catering plans for groups contracted by assigned sales manager.
•Conceptualizing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
•Ensuring high quality services and optimum resource utilization.
•Handling inbound calls and walk-in guests.
•Making minimum of 30 calls every day.
Banquet Sales Co-ordinator
•Explaining and introducing the product (banquet venues) and services.
•Asking questions to the guests and understanding their specifications.
•Suggesting solutions based on guest's banqueting needs and requirements.
•Obtaining guest information and other relevant data and maintain the same.
•Inviting guests for a venue visit.
•Generating leads and assigning to the team.
•Handling inbound and outbound calls.
•Making minimum of 30 calls every day
