Our facilities include our Ten Stories Restaurant, Arches on Market (Bar), Meeting Rooms and Conferencing spaces including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and award-winning Spa Centre, Spa and Sport.
Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, is currently recruiting for multiple Banquet Attendant roles within our Conference & Events Operations. We are opened for candidates with interest in Part Time and Casual employment.
Job Description
About The role:
Ensure each function is set up according to Banquet Events Order (BEO)
Deliver catering to the standards outlines to the BEO
Set up and break down of events which includes but not limited to setting tables and chairs, stages, booths, and any other related equipment outlines in the BEO
Maintain and upkeep of Banquet equipment and resources
Stocktaking of departmental equipment and resources
Ensure efficient, hospitable and professional service is provided to guests at all times
Qualifications
About You:
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
Previous experience in a similar role will be viewed favourable
Valid Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) competency card
Additional Information
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent personal presentation
