Banking & Treasury Manager

The role will be responsible for managing organization’s financial stability, liquidity, and relationships with financial institutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Banking & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
• Ensure timely renewals, sanctions, disbursements, and compliance with banking covenants
• Handle consortium banking and multiple banking arrangements • Fundraising & Loan Management
• Lead fundraising activities including term loans, working capital, and project financing
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize loan agreements with banks and financial institutions
• Manage refinancing, restructuring, and debt servicing to optimize cost of capital

Strategic Finance & Planning
• Develop and execute fund planning strategies for growth
• Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planning
• Provide inputs for expansion projects and new ventures
• Coordinate with auditors, rating agencies, and regulators

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 10+ years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• High integrity and ethical conduct
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Strong communication and relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
