Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate Leads Through Calls, References, And Other Sources.
Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
Promote banking and loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.
Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide regular updates.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
RequirementsAny Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
