Position Details
• Position Name: Business Correspondent Supervisor

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
• Retired employees of public sector banks (including BOB) with experience in rural banking OR
• Candidates with a minimum qualification of Graduation (in any discipline). Preference will be given to candidates with an IT/Computer background.
Age Limit:
• For retired bank employees: Up to 65 years.
• For other candidates: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years.
Experience:
• Preference for candidates with experience in banking, financial services, or microfinance.
Skills:
• Proficiency in local language(s).
• Knowledge of computers and mobile banking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee the activities of Business Correspondents (BCs) in their assigned area.
• Conduct field visits to ensure smooth operations and resolve customer grievances.
• Coordinate with bank branches for effective delivery of financial services.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines related to financial inclusion and BC operations.
• Submit periodic reports to the bank regarding BC performance and outreach activities.
Contract Tenure
• The initial contract period will be 12 months, extendable based on performance and bank requirements.
Remuneration
• Fixed pay: ₹15,000/- per month.
• Variable pay: ₹10,000/- based on performance and target achievement.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Banking Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing various banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing cash and non-cash transactions, verifying and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift, and promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers.

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Processing transactions
• Verifying and balancing cash drawers

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in banking or customer service.
