Offline Payments Operation
Banking ops
team whichfacilitates POS merchants to offer world class payment experience
This team is responsible for the highest standards of facilitating payments across multiple Bank acquirings forour POS merchants ensuring best banking partnerships with minimal risk and fraud
About the role
Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the POS merchant payments ecosystem
Responsible for mapping of POS payments instruments like CARDS
CC
DC
Bank EMI
MBID andTIDs configuration etc
Cross function collaboration with internal business stakeholders as well with Bank partners
Develop robust and scalable solutions to POS merchants
Ensuring cost optimized team management with 100
accuracy
Develop and Implement comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders
Responsible for SOP maintenance

Implementation and Adherence
Find the scope of automation of manual processes specifically and ensure the successful completionof short
and long
term goals of organization
Engage with various Business
Product
Compliance
Finance
Technology Teams within Paytm to helpmitigating risk as well as maintaining highest standards of the POS payment ecosystem
Basic knowledge about POS machines
Devices type and device ecosystem

Requirements
Masters Degree with 5
years of experience in similar roles
Preferable in payments industry
Must have good understanding of POS payment ecosystem
Should possess fair understanding of payments solutions

Aggregationbusiness
Digital payments etc
and related regulations
Lead by example with proven leadership style
Excellent verbal
written and oral communication skills
Hands On experience in MS Office
MS Excel
PowerPoint skills
Proficiency on Data analytic tools
