Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries and concerns through professional and timely email communication.
• Understand and resolve issues related to banking, financial services, or other domains as per customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal communication guidelines.
• Meet performance KPIs like TAT, quality score, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI domain or 2 years in other customer support roles.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of email etiquette and customer service practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and email platforms.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
