Responsibilities
As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions. This includes interacting with clients, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
You will also be required to adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations. Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
