Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a lawyer with 4 to 8 years of experience in banking and finance to join its growing team

In this role, you will work on a wide range of mandates involving mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, and other strategic legal matters. You will collaborate closely with professionals known for their expertise, collaborative spirit, passion for the law, and commitment to excellence.

Your responsibilities
• Contribute to the structuring of banking and finance transactions, including credit facilities, term loans, real estate financing, and equipment financing
• Draft and review credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements
• Handle the registration and discharge of movable and immovable security interests
• Take part in key steps of the transaction process, including due diligence and the preparation of commercial agreements
• Oversee closings for transactions across a variety of industries
• Build strong client relationships with a diverse clientele ranging from SMEs to large
