Job Title: Banking and Documentation Executive
Education and/or Work Experience Requirement:
Bachelor/Masters/MBA Degree(Finance)
Over 1-2 years of experience as an Banking Executive, Account Assistant, or similar role.
Good Computer proficiency(MS Office-Word, Excel.)
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external employees, contractors, vendors & customers.
Must be able to work within timeline, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing of all payments via eNET platform
Prepare and liaise with the bank for all import / export-related documents
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
Work on Tally Prime for Stock Entry, Purchase Entries, Billing, etc.
E-way Bill Generation
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
