Roles & Responsibilities

Engage daily with assigned customers for CA/SA/TD build-up and cross-sell of assets & wealth products in Baramati, Maharashtra.
Achieve business targets as per the performance scorecard.
Provide need-based product solutions aligning client requirements with business goals.
Assess customer propensity and drive higher product penetration per relationship.
Generate references for additional business from existing customers.
Ensure a customer-focused approach for quick resolution of queries and complaints.
Comply with banking regulations and policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Data & Information Security.
Assist in resolving audit observations and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Growth in CA/SA/TD build-up
Increased share of customer wallet
Achievement of product cross-sell targets
Performance scorecard ratings

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in banking or allied businesses.
