Support the Registered Manager in ensuring that each young person has their needs met through effective assessment and care planning.
Review and monitor care plans ensuring that they are up to date and contribute to review reports as directed. Communicate relevant information to other staff in the home.
Supervise and be involved in in young people’s social, life-long learning plans and recreational activities in line with care plans.
Assist in the management of behavioural difficulties and young people in vulnerable situations within the policies and procedures set out by Northridge Care Group Ltd.
Provide an emotionally secure, consistent, warm, supportive and nurturing environment appropriate to the physical, social, cultural and religious needs of young people.
Act as a Key worker to a young person, taking on responsibility for specified areas of care and support including ensuring all medical needs are met and supporting the young person to advocate for their own needs and wishes.
Work in a way that ensures the home meets Ofsted standards.
