Collection Manager
Job Description
Job Purpose: Meet collection targets assigned to the territory while ensuring legal guidelines are followed for the entire collection structure. Job Responsibilities: –
Portfolio Management in a Metro/Non-Metro
Market in accordance with the Business Plan Execute the region’s collection strategy, monitor performance, and provide feedback to NCM. – Manage Credit Loss/Collection Efficacy and Recovery/Portfolio Health Indicators/Productivity and Cost Coordinate with legal Manage the achievement of CD level Resolution, Nrm, and Rb targets based on the operating plan. –
Rate of extraction Portfolio segmentation and corrective action (MOB, Curr Bal, Channel, Core, Non-Core, Segmentation) – Manage settlement loss targets on the basis of the region’s operating plan – Perform due diligence on accounts for settlement Legal and ensure wing-to-wing closure. – Ensure cases are assigned across agencies within time constraints
