The Bank Branch Manager will manage all daily operations of our bank branch. This position will be responsible for driving branch performance, managing personal bankers, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a secure and efficient branch environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide personalized banking solutions, including loans, mortgages, and deposit products. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Drive branch sales goals by promoting bank products and services to both new and existing customers. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and generate new business.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals. Provide training and development to ensure employees are equipped to meet customer needs and banking standards.
• Monitor branch performance metrics, including sales, deposits, loans, and profitability. Analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
• Ensure all transactions, services, and activities are in compliance with federal, state, and bank regulations. Implement risk management procedures and safeguard against fraud or loss.
• Represent the bank within the local community through outreach and networking.
• Foster relationships with community organizations, businesses, and local leaders to enhance the bank's visibility and reputation.
• Manage branch cash flow, prepare reports, and handle budgeting and financial planning for the branch.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
