Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse

Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play

a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory control, and seamless

coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate must have strong inventory

management skills, experience in managing delivery order picking and incoming

deliveries, and a solid understanding of bakery production processes.

Responsibilities:

 Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, conducting

regular audits, and implementing strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.

 Manage delivery order picking activities, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment

of customer orders while maintaining high quality standards.

 Coordinate incoming deliveries, verifying the accuracy of shipments and

efficiently allocating received goods to appropriate storage areas.

 Collaborate with the production department to understand bakery production

processes, including ingredient management, batch production, and product

rotation.

 Work closely with sales and production departments to plan and allocate

inventory based on customer demands, ensuring optimal stock levels.

 Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and

maintain a positive and productive work environment.

 Utilize warehouse management systems and other relevant software to optimize

warehouse operations and track inventory movements.

 Foster effective communication and collaboration between the warehouse and

other departments (sales production, management), ensuring smooth information

flow and timely resolution of any issues.

 Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and

safety regulations.

 Analyze warehouse data, generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs),

and propose and implement process improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in warehouse management, specifically in inventory control

and delivery order picking.

 Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and

logistics principles.

 Familiarity with bakery production processes and understanding of ingredient

management and product rotation.

 Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and production departments to ensure

seamless workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:

North York, ON M6M 2Y4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
