Job Description
Role : Backup Software Admin L2
Experience : 5yrs+
Client : TCS on payroll with Globtier Infotech pvt ltd
Location : Mumbai,Maharashtra and Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from office)
Skills : TSM and CA Arch Server Admin
Responsibilities :
1.Raising Call with Vendor and collection of Storage logs Coordinating with Vendor and ensuring that Call is closed after rectification.
2. Installation details of Tape Library, I/O Station Details, Drive Details etc
3.Tape Check-in and Checkout.
4.Creation of media pool, assigning volume to media pool, reclamation,
5.Installation of Client Agent, SAN Agent, DB Agent etc
6.Configuring Lan, Lan Free backup, Taking backup in tape through RMAN.
7.Tape Backup and Restore procedure.
8.TSM DB2 Backup and Restoration. Creation of Domain, Policy Set, Storage Pool.
+.Installation and configuration of Backup Client, SAN Agent, Oracle Agent, SAP Client etc.
