You will be part of a global 24/7/365 IT infrastructure operations team focused on enterprise storage, backup, and recovery.
Responsibilities
• Provide T1/T2 support for storage and backup technologies infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot service availability, capacity, and reliability across storage and backup systems.
• Monitor backup systems for failures and resolve them daily.
• Involve in P1/P2 incidents, collaborating with multiple teams for resolution.
• Address incidents and requests logged in ServiceNow.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience managing multi-vendor large scale Storage and Backup systems.
• Proficiency with NetApp, Client Isilon, Pure Storage, Cohesity, and Networker.
• Experience provisioning, migrating, and decommissioning Storage and Backup systems.
• Knowledge of NetApp cluster modes, Cohesity Data Protect, and Client EMC Networker.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Perl, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Solaris operating systems.
• Experience with storage vendors like Oracle and Spectralogic.
• Basic knowledge of Splunk queries and Dashboard creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
