Also known as FSIs (free-standing inserts), Inserts, or Flyers. Typically include coupons or promotions that bring customers into Retail store locations. • Preprints are retailer specific and focus on upcoming products or discounts. • They have various page counts and print on glossy paper in full color. • Think of them as catalogs distributed via the newspaper. Job Summary: • Back-office role to support and manage data moderation • This is a pure non-voice process • Maintain and update records and data in Proprietary Tools & dashboard • Conduct market research as and when required • Prepare daily reports and share with associated stakeholders • Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA • Work closely with respective sub-ordinates as per requirements Key Skills: • English communication (both verbal and written) • Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines • Maintain a sense of urgency with all assignments • Good presentation skills & reporting • Focused and detail-oriented Technical Skills: • Good proficiency in Excel • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • Well versed with Internet technologies Key Attribute • Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving ability • Critical thinking ability to understand the root cause of issues • Able to effectively communicate ideas and thoughts Qualifications & Experience • Graduation (Any stream) • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in any process / industry / relevant work profile
