Job Description:

NSB BPO is hiring Backend Process Executives for a government-related banking project at our Noida office. This is a non-voice role involving documentation and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend data processing and verification tasks

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

• Verify and process customer documents (KYC-related work)

• Ensure compliance and data integrity in all transactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Basic computer knowledge (typing & MS Excel skills preferred)

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
