About the Role
Narix Labs is looking for a Backend Engineer with 13 years of professional experience to join our engineering team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, and AWS and be comfortable building scalable, secure, and maintainable backend applications.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan .
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
Deploy and manage backend applications and services on AWS
- Implement authentication, authorization, API security, and data validation
- Write clean, effective, reusable, and maintainable code
- Debug application issues and optimize backend performance
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, QA engineers, and other team members
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
Required Skills
13 years of professional backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Node.js
Hands-on experience with NestJS
Practical experience with AWS and cloud-based deployments
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
