Alberta Honda has an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Back Parts Counter Advisor to join our team. This position will assist both technicians locating required parts and providing pricing. Opportunity to assist and fulfill wholesale orders is open as well. Knowledge of parts and/or automotive an asset but not required - we will train.

Responsibilities and Duties

Billing out parts and providing quotes for the Service Department and customers
Completing phone orders
Provide exceptional service to customers, internal customers including technicians, service advisors, and sales people
Review repair and parts orders to ensure parts accuracy before the Service Department bills invoice counter sales
Qualifications and Skills

Great attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as with others
Knowledge of parts and/or automotive an asset but not required
CDK experience
Strong organization skills
Excellent phone and communication skills
