Job Description
• Back Office Supervisor
Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company is looking for a back office supervisor to join our team at Esplanade, Kolkata. As a back office supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational tasks of the back office staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support and guidance to the team.
• Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the back office staff, such as data entry, document processing, customer service, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of the team, and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure that the back office operations are in compliance with the company's standards, regulations, and best practices
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise in the back office, and escalate them to the appropriate authorities if necessary
- Maintain and update records and reports of the back office activities and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Train and mentor new hires and existing staff on the back office processes and systems
• Requirements:
- Minimum graduation required (fresher preferred)
- Proven experience as a back office supervisor or similar role in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
• Benefits:
- Salary range: 15000 rs to 20000 rs per month
- Job timing: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
