We are seeking a young, qualified Back Office Manager with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in handling back office operations for a reputed broking firm. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of risk management as well as client onboarding and depository services. Moreover, the candidate should also possess a clear understanding of STP for institutional trades.
Location, Salary, Education & Experience:
• Location – Andheri West, Mumbai
• Salary – Depending on the candidate's experience and upto INR 4.8 lakhs per annum plus bonuses (bonus is subject to performance)
• Education – Graduate in any discipline
• Experience – Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in handling back office operations with a reputed stock broking company
• Back Office Software knowledge – Hands-on experience in LD or TechExcel software
• Team Handling – Should have team handling capabilities
Job Description:
• To manage complete back office operations including setting up processes and controls for all market segments in Equity, FO, Commodities and CDS
• Clearing and settlement of trades
• To setup processes and put in place review systems for manual processes with key focus on process standardization and automation
• Trade settlements, reconciliations and collateral management
• Exchange pay-in/ pay-out, back office updation, client and business associate coordination
• Daily billing process
