Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Representation: Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs, financial budgets, and property requirements. Advise clients on local market conditions, pricing trends, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Negotiation & Closing:
Present purchase offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, negotiating favorable terms. Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and legal documentation needed to finalize transactions. Ensure all administrative and legal contractual requirements are met through to closing.
Pay: ₹15,702.89 - ₹22,433.74 per month
