Job Title:** Telecaller cum Back Office Executive (Female)

Job Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads (cold calling).

· Handle customer inquiries in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Maintain and update customer databases and call logs.

· Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for follow-ups and support.

· Assist in daily back office administrative tasks.

· Prepare and manage reports in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

· Ensure timely communication and support to clients.

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Proficient in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.

· Quick learner and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

· Prior experience in telecalling or back-office support is a plus.

Qualifications:

Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
**Gender Preference:** Female

**Location Preference:** Candidates from Bavdhan or nearby areas preferred.
