Strategic Partnership: Support senior partners and business leaders by aligning team structures, roles, and people strategies with broader company objectives.Employee Relations (ER): Assist in resolving complex employee grievances, conflict management, and disciplinary actions while mitigating legal and compliance risks.Talent Development: Coordinate performance management cycles, career development plans, and training programs alongside recruitment teams.Data & Analytics: Track metrics, analyze team performance trends, and assist with workforce and resource planning to boost productivity and retention.
