Job Description
Dyvan Media, a leading VFX, 2D animation, 3D animation, and post-production office, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Intern. This position requires proficiency in both Hindi and English, as the intern will be responsible for effective communication with clients and ensuring timely completion of projects by our artists.
MUST FROM MASS MEDIA INDUSTRY
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between clients and the studio, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and effectively convey them to the production team.
Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are assigned, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
Maintain regular contact with clients, Pitch to new clients, Maintain industry Relationship, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing client feedback.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality work that meets client specifications and exceeds expectations.
Assist in preparing project proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to contribute to business development efforts.
Continuously monitor and evaluate client satisfaction levels, seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of VFX, 2D animation, 3D animation, and post-production processes (prior experience in the field is a plus).
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
A passion for the media and entertainment industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic studio environment.
