We are looking for an organized Back Office Executive to join our team. You will handle daily office tasks, manage data, and support our front-office staff. Your work will keep our business running fast and without errors.Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Input and update data into company systems with high speed and accuracy.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized paper and digital filing systems so files are easy to find.
Document Work: Prepare internal reports, invoices, and business letters.
Team Support: Assist other departments like Sales, HR, and Finance with daily tasks.
Office Admin: Monitor office supplies and order more when stock runs low.
Scheduling: Set up team meetings and update digital calendars.
Data Security: Keep sensitive company and customer information safe and private.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,945.63 per month
Work Location: In person
