Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajasthan, India, for a Back Office Employee. The role involves managing administrative operations, supporting customer service activities, handling finance-related documentation, assisting sales teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to maintain timely and accurate records, process customer requests, and provide support to ensure seamless workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, reporting, and document management.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for coordinating with internal teams and addressing customer needs effectively.Basic understanding or experience in Finance-related tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation.Familiarity with Sales processes, including data management and internal coordination for servicing customer accounts.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office is required.Prior work experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
