Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Employee role based in Guwahati.
The Back Office
Employee will handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, documentation, and updating internal systems. The role includes supporting customer-facing teams by preparing reports, tracking transactions, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending items.

Qualifications
• Ability to manage Back Office Operations, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding to queries.
• Customer Service orientation to support front-office staff and ensure smooth client interactions.
• Basic understanding of Finance and Sales processes to assist with reports and transactional documentation.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email tools) and comfort working with digital systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Guwahati on a full-time schedule and collaborate within a diverse team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
