Back Office Assistant

To attend calls from clients related to queries and ask then to reply via mail.
Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations based on customer inquiries under supervision of Senior.
Co-ordinate with internal team to gather information to prepare quotations for testing.
Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotes, and communication in systems.
Track and follow up on quotations and update the sales database accordingly.
Knowledge : MS Office

Language : English, Hindi & Marathi.

Education :- Graduated required

Experience :- we have opening only for fresher
