Job Summary
Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. Provide general administrative support
Requirement:-
Mini Educational Qualification: B Com / BA Economics
Experience: With minimum 3 year of proven experience in the field of Mutual Funds, Capital market Product, Fixed Deposit or any other financial product through the AMC or with bank.
Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Power point.
Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
Good listener and constant learner
Positive approach and willing to work with the company with a long-term goal
Job Profile:
• Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
• End to End Backend after sales support
• Interact and communication with suppliers and vendors
• Filing of Taxes & GST Reports
• Handhold client’s operational issues, and make sure client’s satisfaction.
• Helping prepare for meetings.
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
• Hands on experience in NSE Portal – Order Punching.
Place of Work: Corporate Office, Chennai.
Requirement: Immediate
Duration of Employment:
The employment will be for an unlimited term during which the first six month will be considered as probation period. At the end of the sixth month, WCMS I S will review your performance.
