About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research and commercial analysis for products in the steel category
2. Identify and shortlist relevant products for business evaluation
3. Analyze the complete value chain of the selected product
4. Assess product opportunities in specific regions or countries
5. Study product applications and industries where they are used
6. Identify manufacturers, suppliers, and stockists, including their quality, pricing, and supply chain
7. Analyze compliance requirements and market standards
8. Identify potential customers, procurement managers, and understand buying cycles and pricing trends
9. Apply problem-solving frameworks such as the '5 Whys' for root cause analysis
