Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Manager at Zigma Appliances, located in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth with existing and potential clients, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities. The B2B Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing clear and effective communication to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in a technology or home appliances industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Understanding of market trends, and the ability to conduct market research to inform sales strategies
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
