Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven B2B Relationship Manager who can independently handle end-to-end corporate sales. This role involves prospecting, pitching, closing deals and building long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the leadership team to open new opportunities across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and engage B2B prospects through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking).

• Set up meetings with decision-makers and present Shail Advisors’ offerings.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Build strong relationships with founders, CEOs, CXOs, and key stakeholders.

• Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and pipeline reports.

• Collaborate with the leadership team on market feedback and sales strategy improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (services/consulting experience is a bonus).

• Graduate degree (any discipline).

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and be self-driven.

• Industry-agnostic mindset: should be comfortable selling to startups, SMEs and larger organizations across sectors.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email prospecting tools, CRM software is a plus.

• A growth-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience selling consulting, services or SaaS solutions.

• Exposure to startup ecosystems.
