About the Role
We are hiring B2B Marketing Executives to join our growing marketing team in Jaipur.
This is a 100% on-ground role where you will visit different markets and business areas, meet business owners and decision-makers, introduce our services, generate leads, and build strong B2B relationships.
This is not a target-only job. Your regular responsibility is to actively work in the market and complete your daily field activities. However, achieving additional targets will unlock extra incentives on top of your regular payout.
What You'll Do
- Visit businesses, shops, offices, and commercial areas across Jaipur.
- Meet business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote our B2B marketing solutions/services.
- Generate and qualify potential B2B leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand business requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain daily records of market visits, leads, and interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Consistently execute on-ground marketing activities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B marketing, field sales, business development, lead generation, or a related role.
- Comfortable with daily field work and travelling within Jaipur.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Positive negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.
- Skilled and presentable personality.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
